First start by selecting what kind of material you need for your custom made stickers or decals. On average sticker or decals made from paper based material is less expensive then vinyl, pvc or plastic. If the sticker or decal is for indoor usage then select paper based material. If the application of your sticker or decal is for outdoor purpose then select Vinyl or PVC. If the decal or sticker will be applied on a glass surface, you may think about using Static Clings. Static Cling Stickers or Decals are made of PVC material which can easily be removed and reused. Static Clings are removable stickers and are adhesives. Static Cling stickers are also known as magnetic stickers and since no glue is present on the stickers, it does not leave and adhesive or glue residue behind on the surface applied. Static Clings are mainly used on glass surfaces such as Windows, glass doors, Auto windows, windshields decals etc. Once the appropriate sticker or decal material is selected, review the design of your sticker or decal. If the sticker or decal needs to be reverse printed which are normally used for car windshields or windows and doors, or if part of the design needs to be transparent then select transparent sticker. Koolprint offers transparent stickers in two types of materials which are PVC and Static Clings. If the design is in solid colors then stick with Koolprint standard white sticker material. Almost all static cling decals and stickers are printed on Transparent material. When printing on transparent material, white background is also counted as an additional color.

Your custom Stickers or Decals can be printed using one of the following commercial printing methods:

• CMYK or Four (4) Color Process Printing. You have choice of printing 4/0, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3 or 4/4 using standard offset printing method.
• Spot Color printing. As an industry specifications, we can print using pantone inks. Pantone inks are pre-mixed printing inks. Spot color printing can be combined with 4 color process or Hexachrome printing methods.
• Hexachrome printed company stickers or custom decals.
• When printing on clear or transparent material, white color is printed in addition of 4 color process or 6 color hexachrome.
• Normally Stickers are printed on one side. You may request to have the back side of the sticker printed for additional charge for promotional stickers or promotional decals.
