We use 250gsm double side glossy paper or 300gsm double side glossy paper. Its twice as heavy as your average copy paper and has glazed coating on both sides. You have choice of Glossy Paper or Matte / Dull Paper on the finishing. If you will be mailing your custom envelopes, product envelopes, business envelopes, service envelopes, marketing envelopes or advertising envelopes then paper envelope is your best choice!
If you really want to make an Impact and budget is more flexible, then go with card envelope instead of paper envelope. At Koolprint we offer card envelope in 250gsm cover, 300gsm cover and 350gsm cover. The higher the weight, the heavier the card for the envelope printing.
